One hundred and ten percent metallic cringe! This is primal and brute and completely necessary! I wish there were more recordings from this noisey New York cult of killers, I want them to tear my ears to bits. With intrepid chants like "We're not crazy!" Red Transistor bang on through sprawling drones of wailing noise and crushing drum rolls. I would recommend them to anyone interested in the New York no wave scene, though if you're into that sort of thing you've probably already heard 'em. Apart from a couple comps, this 7" is their only actual release so get on it. NOW!
